Reagan is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee. She believes that healing is not only about overcoming challenges but also about discovering new ways to feel grounded, safe, and empowered within one's environment. Based in the North County San Diego area, Reagan has a deep appreciation for this community.

She is especially drawn to helping individuals navigate transitional seasons of life, whether it involves a career change, a relationship shift, or a period of personal growth. While these transitions can feel overwhelming, they also hold the potential for profound transformation.

Through her work, Reagan aims to help individuals reframe their experiences, heal emotional wounds, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. By integrating EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and emotion-focused techniques, she works to address past experiences that continue to impact the present, fostering resilience and cultivating inner stability.
