No, we see any and all members of our community. Our organizational mission is to restore compassion and wellbeing to healthcare workers, to transform the healthcare system, one healer at a time; however, our therapists are highly skilled at working with and treating every individual who may be seeking therapy services.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, we provide telehealth within California! Telehealth is super easy to use with just a click of a button you can connect with your therapist via smartphone, computer, or tablet. Telehealth provides ease of meeting with your therapist so that you don’t have to worry about childcare or transportation time.

Do you have appointments on the weekends and evenings?

Yes, we offer evening appointments to fit your schedule. At this time, we do not offer weekend appointments.

Yes, we provide couples therapy. Our therapists that specialize in couples therapy are trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the two premier modalities utilized in couples work.

Do you offer therapy for kids and families?

Yes, we provide therapy for children under the age of 18. We also provide family and parental support, aiming to treat the entire family system.

Our team of therapists have a wide variety of experience and training. We are able to assist healing by use of various modalities, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, and ACT, as well as Gottman and EFT for couples work.
