Yes, we provide telehealth within California! Telehealth is super easy to use with just a click of a button you can connect with your therapist via smartphone, computer, or tablet. Telehealth provides ease of meeting with your therapist so that you don’t have to worry about childcare or transportation time.
Yes, we offer evening appointments to fit your schedule. At this time, we do not offer weekend appointments.

Yes, we provide couples therapy. Our therapists that specialize in couples therapy are trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the two premier modalities utilized in couples work.
Yes, we provide therapy for children under the age of 18. We also provide family and parental support, aiming to treat the entire family system.
Our team of therapists have a wide variety of experience and training. We are able to assist healing by use of various modalities, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, and ACT, as well as Gottman and EFT for couples work.
