As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005, My early work was in hospice, hospitals, and brain injury rehabilitation - walking with individuals and families through transition, loss, and vicarious trauma. I utilize this experience in my practice as a therapist....with grounded compassion, coupled with grace-filled accountability and a coaching edge. Put simply: I help high-achieving professionals who are exhausted and overwhelmed by meeting the demands of work/life to feel more energy, and to shape their next steps, through non-judgy/empathic support. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks, making collage art, and growing veggies in my yard!
