Audra has over 20 years’ experience as a clinical and certificated counselor. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Science in Counseling.
As a Therapist, Audra fosters a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She utilizes a person-centered approach, incorporating techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and brief interventions and family systems therapy to help them achieve their goals.
Audra’s Training Experience began over 30 years ago as a human resources consultant and trainer. Audra’s ability to engage her audience with best practices in learning and training has been honed over thousands of hours of delivering training.
Audra’s education and human resources background provides expertise in creating customized training and workshops for a wide range of topics.
